Julieann Morse (P/T)

With “retired but not tired” as her motto, Julieann’s goal is to continue spreading the word about the positive benefits of Balance – Auditory – Vision – Exercises (BAVX) for as long as she is able to do so. She has 18 years of experience with BAVX, being a part of and leading trainings in a variety of settings, such as community centers, private homes, faith communities, hospitals, and public schools. Her desire is to continue bringing mind-body movement exercises to all who want to learn, no matter the skill level – even those who are physically challenged or non-athletic can easily participate. Rhythmic patterns within BAVX improve auditory skills and focusing attention, as well as fostering peer teaching and cooperation while being encouraging and fun in the process. Her trainings always include laughter and a warm atmosphere, all while improving balance and coordination.
